Kill Em Kindly is a short fan film based on the Fallout universe. This not-for-profit project is solely a passion project developed by dedicated storytellers. Taking place over 200 years after the nuclear disaster of October 23, 2077, this unique short explores parts of the Fallout universe that have never been built off of before. Cory Haynes is the director of Kill ’em Kindly and the creative lead behind Direct Action Media. His work centers on grounded action, strong atmosphere, and character-first tension. With a focus on practical execution and cinematic realism, Cory builds worlds that feel lived-in, dangerous, and emotionally sharp.

With a diverse background in on-camera work spanning short films, commercial content, and digital media, Sam excels at it all. While new to narrative acting, her ease in front of the lens and instinct for storytelling make her a standout presence. "Kill 'em Kindly" is a thrilling step into a lead role that channels her experience, passion, and sharp creative eye.

Daniel Cutts began his creative path nearly a decade ago, stepping into filmmaking over the last seven years. His notable roles include Doug in Kenneled and George in The Third Saturday in October Part V. With roots in theatre and ongoing training in movement-based performance, Daniel builds characters from the inside out with a grounded, physical approach.

Cole Thornton, a Fort Worth native and U.S. Navy veteran, is best known for his roles in STALKER: Shadow of the Zone and Ten of Swords, along with collaborations with director Cory Haynes. Drawn to physically demanding roles and character-driven stories, he brings discipline, grit, and a commanding presence to screen. Outside of film, he is a father and roofing sales professional who thrives on “Type 2 fun.”

Austin Rearden has spent over 11 years as a voice actor, appearing in large-scale fan films such as SCP: Overlord and SCP: Dollhouse, along with dozens of digital shorts, animated series, indie games, and commercial projects. He recently made his live-action debut in STALKER: Shadow of the Zone and continues to pursue both on-camera roles and voice performance in ambitious, story-driven projects.

Joshua Gray is an actor and producer whose path began as an Army Airborne Infantryman before shifting into filmmaking. Originally from New Hampshire, he co-founded the New York-based studio Fabian Gray and later launched Gray Matter Media. His work spans indie films and narrative projects shaped by military discipline, grounded realism, and a dry, understated edge.

Scott Crabb is recognized for his role as Monk in STALKER: Shadow of the Zone, earning a Best Supporting Actor nomination at the 2024 Tampa Bay Underground Film Festival. He also appeared as Topper’s Dad in Netflix’s Outer Banks (Season 3). A retired U.S. government special agent with 25 years of international service, Scott brings real-world intensity, discipline, and authenticity to every performance.
